Review for Nexus Therapy
Nexus Therapy was the first company we found online that provides speech therapy at home in the Great Vancouver area. Yesterday I called them in the afternoon, but nobody answered the phone, so I left a message on their website hoping that they could reach me back later on; however, I didn't hear anything back.
So this morning I called the number again, and a lady answered my phone. I was surprised that the lady didn't speak English well, nor did she show any warmth or enthusiasm when doing customer support/service. She said "Hi" to me at the very beginning, but that's it; I didn't hear anything like "how are you", "thank you" or "goodbye" throughout the conversion.
I had planned to use their service for sure to improve my speech; however, I changed my mind after this call. There is no way for me to trust a speech therapy service provider like this.
