Complain Purolator on 2016-11-03

I reached Amazon a while ago regarding a package shipped by Purolator, and was told that Amazon would try using other carriers other than Purolator . However, this package was shipped via Purolator again, and

• They didn't ring front door bell ( I got my window screen protector wide open so they should know there are people inside)
• It looked like they throw my packages again instead of putting it properly (the package was not on the mats, not in front of my door, but aside at a random angle)
• The package looks not properly handled. You can obviously seem indents on both sides. Bottom part is broken.

Definitely I'm going to return this package back to Amazon. I don't even want to open it; I can't stand with a carrier like this, and please never send me packages via Purolator. Thanks

I didn't open the box because Purolator (the carrier) seems pretty bad at handling packages properly. I don't want to receive packages via Purolator again.
